These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the online platform “Formula Pick” operated by Jonas Miejski.
2. Service Description
Formula Pick provides a Formula 1 tipping game for entertainment purposes.
- No real-money gambling is offered.
- No monetary prizes are awarded.
- The service is currently free of charge.
3. Registration
To use the platform, users must register and log in via Google OAuth.
- Minimum age: 16+.
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Only one account per person is permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violations of these Terms.
4. User Obligations
- Do not manipulate rankings or results.
- Do not use automated scripts/bots.
- Do not attempt to bypass security measures.
- Do not upload unlawful or offensive content.
5. Availability
We strive to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
6. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We assume no liability for service interruptions, incorrect race data, or loss of data, except where mandatory statutory liability applies.
7. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, expand, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
